ARO Charkhi Dhadri Army Rally Bharti 2020 OUT – Apply Online on the official site. Army Recruitment Rally will be held for eligible candidate of districts of Charkhi Dadri, Rewari, Bhiwani & Mahendergarh from 01 July 2020 to 14 July 2020 at Rao Tula Ram Stadium, Rewari (Haryana). Online Registration is mandatory and will be open from 02 May 2020 to 15 June 2020. Admit cards for the rally will be sent through registered e-mail from 16 June 2020 to 30 June 2020. Candidates should reach the venue on given date and time as mentioned in the Admit Card.

Educational Qualification
Soldier General
Class 10th pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% marks in each subject. For Boards following grading system minimum of D Grade (33-40) in individual subjects or grade which contains 33% overall aggregate of C2 Grade.
Soldier Clerk
(i) 10+2 / Intermediate Exam Pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce and Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. (ii) Securing 50% in English & Maths/Accounts/ Book Keeping in Class 12th is mandatory.
Soldier Tradesman
(i) Class 8th/10th Simple Pass. (ii) No Stipulation in aggregated percentage but should have scored minimum 33% in each subject.
Age Limit
Candidate should have a minimum age of 171/2 yrs to 23 yrs for this recruitment
Selection Process
Candidate will be selected based on the below stages.

Candidates are required to bring following documents/certificates in original with two attested photocopies with them to the rally site
(a) Admit Card
Printed with Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size).
(b) Photographs
Twenty copies of unattested passport size colour photographs developed on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three month old. Computer printouts/Photo shopped photographs will NOT be accepted. (SIKH and SIKH (M&R) candidate photographs should be with turban /Putka). Incase the photograph is not as per specification candidates will be required to take fresh photographs at rally site.
(c) Education Certificate
(i) Education Certificate with marks sheet in original of all educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e. 10th/Intermediate/Graduation etc from recognized School/College/Board/University. (ii) Provisional/Online education certificate should be certified Ink signed by the head of the educational Institution of concerned board/university. (iii) Candidates with metric certificate from Open School Should bring School leaving Certificate countersigned by BEO/DEO.
(d) Bonafide Haryana/Domicile Certificate
Bonafide Haryana/Domicile Certificate with Photographs issued by Tehsildar/District Magistrate.
(e) Caste Certificate
Caste Certificate affixed with photographs issued by Tehsildar/District Magistrate.
(f) Religion Certificate
Religion certificate issued by the Tehsildar/SDM (if religion as “SIKH/HINDU/MUSLIM/CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in Caste certificate).
(g) School Character Certificate
School Character Certificate issued by the School/College Principal/Headmaster where the candidate last studied.
(h) Character Certificate
Character Certificate with photographs issued by village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation within last six months.
(j) Unmarried Certificate
Unmarried certificate for candidates less than 21 years of age with photographs issued by Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within last six months.
(k) Relationship Certificate. Son of Servicemen/Son of Ex-Servicemen/Son of Widow/Son of War Widows candidates are required to produce the following documents
(i) Relationship certificate issued from respective Records Office only duly signed by Record Officer with Personal Number, Rank Name and particular of the Records Officer issuing the Relationship Certificate with office seal/stamp endorsed. 4 (ii) A declaration to the affect as mentioned in the Affidavit on Ten Rupees Non-Judicial Stamp paper prepared by the ESM duly signed by 1 st Class/ Executive/Judicial magistrate is required to be submitted by the candidate at rally Site Format of Affidavit att as per Appendix A. Candidates are liable to be rejected for improper Affidavit. (iii) Original Discharge Book of Ex-Serviceman also to be produced. Name and date of birth of the candidate must have been recorded in it.
(l) NCC Certificate
NCC A/B/C certificates and Republic Day Parade certificate should have photographs of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority. Provisional NCC A/B/C pass certificates will only be accepted if authenticated by concerned NCC Group Commanders.
(m) Sports Certificate
(i) Sportsmen who have represented India at International level and state at National level within the last two years. For list of sports under which relaxation in physical standards is admissible, attention is invited to www.joinindianarmy.nic.in website. (ii) Sportsmen who have represented District at State level and University team or regional team at District level with 1st/2nd position within last two years. Sports certificate should be with registration number and from Govt Recognized Sports Institutes/bodies.
(o) Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & AADHAR Card. Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card are mandatory documents for final enrolment for purpose of Pay & allowances and other social benefits scheme. (p) Police Character Certificate. (q) Sarpanch/Nagar Sewak (Residence Proof)
Special Instruction
(a) Producing of fake certificate will be dealt severely and are liable for a case of fraud at the nearest police station.
(b) Candidate are allowed to take part in one category only during recruitment rally as per the registration at Join Indian Army site registration. Incase the candidate has appeared in any of the rallies of Indian army before the current rally, the date of birth of the first rally will be taken as the correct date of birth for all the rallies.
(c) Recruitment is purely based on merit depending on available vacancies. Candidates do not have any right to claim on Recruitment in Army just by passing in Recruitment process.
(d) Suggestion and complaint on recruitment can be submitted in writing by the candidate through suggestion box held with Grievance Cell/Army Recruiting Office, Charkhi Dadri.
(e) Candidate will report at 03.00 AM at entry gate of rally ground on designated date. GATE WOULD CLOSE AT 09.30 AM EVERYDAY. (f) Use of Mobile phone is NOT allowed inside the Rally Site & Written Exam premises.
(g) Candidates Father/Mother/Relative of candidate will not have any rights for claiming compensation or to hold Indian Govt/Indian Army responsible for any injury, death, disease or disability suffered during various physical tests undergone by the candidate at the time of Recruitment. All candidates will be appearing for various tests in their own interests and risk.
(h) Candidates using unfair means will be disqualified and punitive action will be taken against them.
(j) Married candidates below 21 Yrs of age are not eligible for enrolment into the Army.
(k) Candidates not in possession of requisite certificates are liable for rejection.
(l) „In case of any clarification at Rally Site, approach Grievance Cell‟.
(m) Candidate will not get entry without documents mentioned at Para 4 above and he will be rejected at the time of pre height checking itself.
(n) Candidates will not be permitted to leave the rally ground once allowed to enter, so they are advised to bring their own snacks as required.
(o) Warning :- (i) Beware of touts and antisocial elements. Touts cannot get you recruited in Indian Army. Do not waste your money on touts. Recruitment process has been computerized and touts cannot do anything. Have faith on your hard work. (ii) Producing fake documents & giving false info will make you liable for termination of your service in spite of any number of years of service you may render
Important Instructions
- Candidates are advised to bring sufficient eatables and drinking water with them since recruitment is a time consuming process.
- Candidates will be permitted entry into the rally site only on production of Admit Card in duplicate generated online through the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Anyone found with fake admit card will be handed over to Civil Police.
- Recruitment into the army is a free service. Candidates are advised not to pay bribe to anyone for recruitment as it is based purely on merit. Selection process during recruitment at all stages is computerized and transparent. Therefore, candidates are advised to be beware of touts as they cannot help them at any stage.
- Candidates are advised to check their age & education criteria before participating in the rally. Candidates found under age/overage and not meeting education criteria will be disqualified.
- Giving/taking bribe, production of bogus/fake certificates and indulging in unfair means is a criminal offence and liable for punishment under law.
- Certificates with overwriting a tampering of seals or erasing/alteration of any type will not be accepted.
- All documents submitted by the candidates are verified by government agencies before enrolment into Army. Strong legal action will be taken against individuals submitting fake documents. Even after recruitment, the service will be terminated if candidates are found to have produced fake documents or gave wrong information at the time of recruitment, despite the number of years of service individual may have rendered.
- On production of fake documents, FIR will be lodged and the candidate will be handed over to Police along with all original documents.
- No compensation for Death/Injury/loss etc during the rally and no travelling allowance/dearness allowance for journey is admissible. Candidates will participate in the rally at their own risk and the participation is totally and entirely voluntary. The signing of Indemnity Bond is a mandatory requirement.
- Character certificate without photo attested by certificate issuing authority will be rejected
- Candidates to come for the rally only on the date as per Admit Card. Candidates should bring pen, Handkerchief, eatable items (to last till evening) and drinking water during rally.
- Use of Performance Enhancing Drugs. Use of any kind of performance enhancing drugs is strictly banned. Any candidate found to have used the same will be debarred from further screening.
- (a) Candidates belonging to tribal communities/from tribal areas, are permitted to have permanent body tattoos on any part of the body, as per existing customs and traditions of the said tribe to which a candidate belongs. Such candidates will only be permitted on producing the following two certificates:- (i) Self certification certificate to be signed by the candidates is attached as Appendix C. (ii) Certificate of belonging to a tribal community and permissibility of permanent Body Tattoo(s) to be signed by DC/DM or SDM of the District/Tehsil where the tribe of the candidates is presently settled is attached as Appendix D (Name and designation of the concerned official must be clearly mentioned). (b) Permanent body tattoos of religious sentiment are only permitted on inner face of forearms i.e From inside of elbow to the wrist and on the reverse side of palm/back (dorsal) side of hand. Permanent body tattoos on any other part of the body are not acceptable and candidates will be barred from further selection.
- If 180 days or more lapse between screening medical at the rally and despatch, medical will be done again and unfit candidates in this review will not be recruited.
- Selection is provisional till Rahdari Certificate is issued and candidates are despatched for training.
- Mobile phones are not permitted in the rally site and CEE.
- At the rally site, all candidates should report duly shaved for identification at various stages of rally process failing which candidate can be barred from participation in recruitment rally. 24. Candidate to report for medical examination with proper hair cut, shave (except Sikh Candidates) and shaved Axila and groin region.
- No use of contact lenses.
- Candidates are advised in their own interest to undergo medical exam before coming for selection especially with respect to flat foot, poor vision, deformities and physical measurements. All are advised to ensure that their ears are free of wax by getting it cleaned by a doctor prior to the rally.
- Candidates may have to present themselves at rally site for two to three. Candidates should make arrangements for stay under their own arrangements.
- CEE for the selected candidates will be held in tentatively in the month of December 2020.
- Negative marking will be applicable in CEE.
- Result of written examination will be declared on the official website joinindianarmy.nic.in. No separate letter will be sent to the candidate. It is responsibility of candidate to check his result and report to ARO for documentation.
PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION
(a) All candidates to log in to joinindianarmy.nic.in check their eligibility status and create their profile.
(b) Online Registration (submission of application) will commence from 02 May 2020 and closed on 15Jun 2020. Candidates who had already registered are not required to registered again.
(c) Candidates will login 10 days prior to the commencement of the rally and take printout of the admit card which they will carry to Rally Site.
(d) Participation in rally WILL NOT BE PERMITTED without the Admit Card.
