AP Intermediate 1st & 2nd year Exams 2021 Deferred: Fresh Dates to be released after COVID19 situation gets better!!!. The Andhra Pradesh State Government has announced to defer the 10+2 or intermediate examinations. These exams were planned to be held on 05 May 2021. But due to increasing COVID19 positive cases, the education department of the state made this decision.
This news was confirmed by AP Education Department, which released statement postponing the AP Inter exams. The state education minister A Suresh said that, “Respecting the court’s opinion, we have decided to postpone intermediate examinations”. This year nearly, 10 lakh students are set to appear in AP Inter Exam 2021. The new dates will be announced by the board after the situation gets better.
Earlier, the Andhra Pradesh government’s decision to conduct Intermediate Exams 2021 as scheduled amid the Covid-19 pandemic situation has welcomed criticism among parents, students and experts. But now as per the high court suggestion the board deferred the AP Intermediate 1st & 2nd year Exams 2021.
Due to the present worsening situation of COVID19 pandemic in the country, many exams have been postponed or cancelled in the country. Various board exams, entrance exams and recruitment exams have been cancelled due to the second wave of COVID19 cases.
