AP Assistant Public Prosecutor Age Limit:
A candidate must not have attained the age of 42 years as on 1’t July, 2019 i.e., he/she must have been born not either than 2nd July, 1977.
AP Assistant Public Prosecutor Educational Qualification:
The candidate must possess, as on the date of notification i.e., 30-09-2019, a Bachelor’s degree in any subject along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law awarded by any University in India.
AP Assistant Public Prosecutor Experience:
The candidate must have practised as an advocate for not less than three (3) years active practice in Criminal Courts in the State as on the date of notification i.e., 30-09-2019.
AP Assistant Public Prosecutor Salary:
AP has announced the stipend for Assistant Public prosecutor is Rs.37100-91450 (RpS.2015).

AP Assistant Public Prosecutor Application Fee:
Candidates with local candidature of Andhra Pradesh belonging to OCs and BCs applying for the Post have to pay a fee of Rs.600/’towards processing of application, written examinations etc. Local candidates of Andhra Pradesh belonging to SCs and STs have to pay only Rs.300/- and all other candidates have to pay Rs.600/-.
