On a temporary basis, applications are being accepted from interested and qualified candidates for the jobs of Office Assistant, Project Technician, and Project Associate at ANIHEES.

Anna University Eligibility Criteria 2021:

Project Associate II:

Candidates must have an M.E. / M.Tech degree in Thermal Stream / Materials Science / Energy Engineering / Engineering Design / Manufacturing Engineering, as well as one year of teaching, research, or industrial project experience. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in the above field and research project experience.

Responsibilities:

• Technical support in procurement of equipment
• Coordinate & Assist the innovators
• Weekly Status Report of projects
• Preparation of technical reports
• File management & filing of IPR
• Synergise the collaboration between the innovators & experts / mentors

Project Associate I (Management):

Candidates must have completed an MBA degree in Finance, HR, Operations, or Systems, as well as a B.E., B.Tech, BA, BSc, BBA, BCom, or BCom with good academic records and a minimum of one-year experience in project administration, coordination, and procurement.

Responsibilities:

• Handling & maintenance of all purchase files
• Procurement, Bill processing & Financial activities such as preparation of Statement of Expenditure, Reconciliation Statement, etc.
• Administration & Coordination of day-to-day activities in the hub

Project Technician:

Candidates must have a diploma in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering and at least one year of experience in equipment erection, commissioning, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Technical drawings & Maintenance chart
• Equipment Maintenance at ANIHEESv & CARD, NLCIL
• Equipment Erection at ANIHEESv & CARD, NLCIL
• Regular Maintenance works at ANIHEES
• Responsible for operation of workshop at ANIHEES

Office Assistant:

Candidates must have passed the 8th standard and be able to read and write in Tamil and English.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting all office activities at ANIHEES

Anna University Project Associate salary Details 2021:
