Anna University Postponed Semester Examination- Heavy Rain & Cyclone Alert!! Heavy rain is lashing out in various parts of Tamil Nadu due to Cyclone Mandous. The Chennai Meteorological Department has predicted that the storm will cross the coast today near Mamallapuram in the Kancheepuram district.
Due to this, it is predicted that heavy rain will fall in a few districts including Chennai tomorrow December 10. Considering this, schools and colleges in Vellore, Tiruvallur, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram, Ranipet, Cuddalore, Villupuram, and Kallakurichi districts have been declared holiday tomorrow.
Similarly, it has been announced that the final semester engineering examination of Anna University, which was to be held tomorrow, has been postponed. Moreover, it has been informed that the new date for the postponed exam will be announced later.
