Andaman and Nicobar Administration Vacancy 2020:
The Department of Environment & Forests, Andaman and Nicobar Islands has going to filling up the 62 vacancies of the Post of Forest Guard.
Andaman and Nicobar Administration Forest Guard Educational Qualification:
Secondary School Examination (Xth Std.) Passed from a recognized Board/ University. Possess the physical standard (minimum) mentioned in the recruitment notice. Candidates must pass written Recruitment Tests consisting of the subjects English & General Knowledge and Mathematics & Science. Candidates must pass Physical Endurance Test of 25 Kms. walk for males and 14 Kms. for females to be completed in 4 hours. Selected candidates on appointment will have to successfully complete Forestry Training Course when drafted for failing which they will not be eligible to draw increments in the time scale.
Andaman and Nicobar Administration Forest Guard Age Limit:
- Candidates age Limit for Males – 18 to 33 years.
- Candidates age Limit for Females – 18 to 38 years.
Andaman and Nicobar Administration Forest Guard Selection Process:
- The Written Examination is objective multiple-choice type. The question papers will be bilingual in English & Hindi and answers are to be marked in OMR sheets.
- The candidates shortlisted for PST / PET will be on the basis of merit in the Written Examination and certificate/document verification.
