In Its First Career Day, Amazon India Will Offer Around 8000 Job Opportunities –Check Here!!!!.

This year, Amazon plans to hire around 8,000 individuals in 35 cities across India. In places such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Noida, among others, these job openings are dispersed across corporate, technology, customer service, and operations roles.

Many are looking for jobs in the current environment. In the meantime, Amazon plans to hire tens of thousands of employees. On September 16, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. IST Amazon will hold its first-ever Career Day in India to promote itself as an exciting place to work. Amazon will host a free event called Amazon Career Day.

The one-on-one free career coaching sessions with Amazon recruiters will be conducted over the two days of 16 and 17 September.

“This engaging experience is for all job seekers, regardless of their degree of expertise, professional field, or background – whether they want to work at Amazon or somewhere else,” says the company. Amazon has set a target of creating 20 lakh jobs in India by 2025 and has already created 10 lakh direct and indirect jobs in India.

Apart from India, Amazon is holding its job fair, dubbed Career Day, in Japan, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Canada. “Career Day has been held in the United States for the past two years.

“The opportunity to invent on behalf of our customers and impact at massive scale makes Amazon a unique place for builders to thrive and grow one’s career,” said Amit Agarwal, Global Senior Vice President and Country Head, Amazon India.

Amazon had previously planned to call most US employees back to the office. Due to rising Covid-19 cases, last month the tech giant said it’s postponing a return to the office for corporate employees until January 2022.

“We are seeking passionate builders out there to join us in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to digitally transform India. “This Career Day, we look forward to sharing our long-term commitment to tapping into India’s potential in the 21 st century, and career opportunities to empower and enable this legacy,”  said Amit Agarwal, global senior vice president and country head, said in a statement.
