Amazon Job Experience 2022:
- 2+ years of expertise in development or technical support Troubleshooting and debugging technological systems Unix experience Scripting experience in current programming languages
- You’ll have at least one year of experience supporting SaaS or cross-platform apps (including SQL, Java/.NET/C#/Perl/Python).
- Supporting enterprise-wide Web Applications/SaaS applications implementations Integrating SaaS applications with on-premise solutions Good understanding of IT support processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server and other databases is required. Knowledge of Scripting (Shell, Powershell)
