Education Qualification:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is required of the candidate.
• 7+ years of experience building production software systems
• Experience with OO design/development and driving projects from concept to prototype and finally implementation
• Experience with a variety of modern programming languages (Java, C/C++, Objective C, Python) and open-source technologies (Linux, SQLite, OpenGL, Spring, Hibernate)
• Experience in technical communication across technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualification:

• Development experience with Linux and embedded operating systems, including establishing, building, and maintaining web service APIs
