About the Role:
Access Feasibility – Sales Coordinator for International and Domestic carriers. Customer Facing Role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Access Sales for International /Domestic carriers. Customer Facing Role.
- Daily feasibility reverts to Customer / KAM with commercials:
- To upload and download feasibility reverts from portal and share with KAM/ customers along with commercial on daily basis.
- Upload feasibility request within 4 hours.
- Monthly Ageing file: To maintain daily reverts in backup file which need to be shared with client at beginning on subsequent month (Total feasibility received, qualified, order conversion % (F2C) along with feasibility received and closer date.
- Monthly OB projection: To share OB projection for set of accounts allotted.
- Timely order processing and approvals: All PO to be processed within 4 hours of receiving, necessary approvals to be taken in advance.
- Follow up with Factory for Feasibility: Follow up with back end team for accurate feasibility closure within TAT.
- Highly Sales Oriented: Person should be highly sales focused.
- Maintain business hygiene.
