• They need to raise Sev3/Sev4 PR tickets for Proactive analysis/Repeat issues/Request by management/NOC
• Preparing Problem management PBAs (Process Behavior Analysis) and handling all corrective & preventive actions on periodic basis are their primary objectives.
• They should maintain daily follow up for pending CAPA Status update and others.
