AIR INDIA Recruitment 2023 Experience:
The candidates must have minimum 5 years of experience in HR, managing initiatives and programs pertaining to Diversity & Inclusion
Strategic Activities:
- Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team in creating a strong talent pipeline based on diversity for future
- Collaborate with the Lead – D&I to drive the development of Talent acquisition policies & processes including but not limited to Diversity & Inclusion policies, culture agenda, sourcing strategy, talent assessment processes, etc.
- Develop and implement DEI initiatives, programs, and policies that align with the organization’s goals and values
- Identify external trends and stay updated on the latest industry practices related to diversity issues to ensure conformity with Best-In-Class diversity and culture across the organization
- Analyze and review candidate selection methods to improve diversity in the organization
Culture Diversity & Inclusion
- Ensure the use of non-discriminatory language on the company website, social media platforms, and policies etc.
- Analyze data and provide insights on DEI-related metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend action plans
- Analyze needs & create training programs in coordination with the Learning and Development teams for team members for diversity management at the organization
