Head of Personnel: Applicants must have a full-time two-year master’s degree in business administration (MBA/ PGDM/ PGDBM) with a specialisation in personnel management, human resources, or industrial relations, as well as 15 years of experience. Dy Head of Airport Operations: Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in any field. Post-graduates having at least 12 years of experience will be given precedence. Manager – IT: Candidates must have a Diploma in IT or a Bachelor’s degree in IT from a recognised institute in India, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in an organization’s IT department.

The monthly remuneration ranges from Rs. 42, 000 to Rs. 1,50,000 for this position. For all positions, a demand draught for Rs. 1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) payable to Alliance Air Aviation Limited, payable at New Delhi (Not applicable for SC/ ST Candidates).
