Job Description:
- The job functions would involve carrying out day-to-day functions of the Document Management System, creating a repository, managing IT software and hardware, data management, etc
- Review of Documents on a regular basis, after changes in technology and safety regulations
- To maintain all regulatory information updated centrally and inform relevant post holders to do the required action/ amendment in manuals/circulars
- Uploading of Circulars and Notifications
- Preparedness for DGCA, IOSA, and ICAO Audits on Document Management Systems
- Liaising with nodal officers, and users of various Department in implementation, usage, application issues, errors, and maintenance of DMS and others
