Age limit
For Chief manager post upper age limit is 45 years and Senior Assistant post age limit is 30 years. Officer of Crew Scheduling and Operations post upper age limit should be 35 years and Manager of crew Scheduling post upper age limit should be 40 years is mandatory to apply for Air India Express Recruitment 2021.

Candidate should Graduate in any discipline or Engineering from a recognized university with proficiency in computer operations windows and MS office is preferred to apply for Air India Express Jobs 2021.
Required Experience
For Chief Manager of Crew Scheduling post: 10 years of experience in an airline or in analytical data processing/programming or similar experience out of which 05 years in managerial capacity in a major Airline in crew scheduling.
Preference will be given to Thorough Knowledge of DGCA Regulations related to scheduling and experience in crew administration. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in handling of ARMS system in a major airline
For Manager of Crew Scheduling Post: 8 years of experience in an airline or in analytical data processing/programming or similar experience out of which 03 years in managerial capacity in a major Airline in crew scheduling.
Preference will be given to Thorough Knowledge of DGCA Regulations related to scheduling and experience in crew administration. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in handling of ARMS system in a major airline.
For Officer Operations Post: Minimum 2 years’ experience in aviation industry or organized private / public sector organization.
Preference will be given to Knowledge of computer operation –Windows, XP, MS office. Knowledge on DGCA regulations.
For Officer of Crew Scheduling post: Minimum 2 years’ experience in an airline. or similar experience in analytical data processing/ programming / Call Centre
Preference will be given to Candidate with crew scheduling experience in a commercial airline.
For Senior Assistant Post: Minimum One year’s experience in aviation industry or organized private / public sector organization.
Preference will be given to Knowledge of computer operation –Windows, XP, MS office. Airline/Airport experience.
