Age Limit

Candidate upper age limit for General category is 28 years, for OBC category is 31 years and for SC/ST category is 33 years as on 01.05.2022 is mandatory to apply for Air India Jobs 2022.

Education Qualification and Required experience

Customer Agent

Candidate should have Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern with Diploma in IATA – UFTAA or IATA –FIATA or IATA – DGRor IATA CARGO. OrGraduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern is needed.

Junior Customer Agent

Candidate should have 10+2 pattern with Diploma inIATA – UFTAA or IATA –FIATA or IATA – DGR or IATA CARGO. Or10+2 pattern is needed.

Ramp Service Agent

Candidate should have 3-years Diploma in relevant field recognized by the State Government Or ITI with NCTVT (Total 3 years) in relevant field – certificate issued from Directorate of Vocational education and training of any State / CentralGovernment with one yearexperience in case of welder) afterpassing SSC / Equivalentexamination with Hindi / English /local language as one of thesubject. ANDCandidate must carry original validHeavy Motor Vehicle DrivingLicense at the time of appearing forthe Trade Test. Preference will be given to theCandidates conversant with thelocal language.

Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver

Candidate should have SSC /10th Standard PassMust Carry Original Valid HMVDriving License at the time ofappearing for trade test. Preference will be given to theCandidates conversant with the local language is needed.

Handyman

Candidate should have SSC /10th Standard PassMust be able to read and understandEnglish Language. Knowledge ofLocal and Hindi Languages, ie., abilityto understand and speak is desirable

Air India Careers Salary Details

Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for Customer Agent Ramp Service Agent is Rs. 19350/- PM, for Junior Customer Agent and Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver salary is Rs. 16530/- PM, and Handyman salary is Rs. 14610/- PM from the respective board.

Air India Careers 2022 Selection Process

Candidates are shortlisted based on Junior Customer Agent and Customer Agent via Personal Interview and company at its discretion may introduce Group Discussion, depending upon the response, for Ramp Service Agent and Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver will be based on Trade test and Screening test, and for Handyman will be based on Screening and Physical Endurance.

Air India Jobs 2022 Application Fee

Only the shortlisted candidates called for the selection process will have to submit a Non-refundable Application Fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) by means of a Demand Draft in favour of “AI AIRPORT SERVICES LTD.”, payable at Mumbai at the time of appearing for the Personal interview/ Screening as applicable.
