 Aditya Birla Recruitment 2022 Qualification:

• Candidates should possess Bachelor of Commerce, High School Graduate,Chartered Accountant& Must have experience of working in related field- banking, accounting etc.
• Must have experience of working in related field- banking, accounting etc
• CA with at least 2-5 years of experience is preferred.

Key Result Areas:

• Processing of vendor invoices within 3 days of receipt of valid invoice
• Ensuring the correctness of invoices before processing the invoices such as Approval / PO & Contract and checking GST / TDS related compliances
• Suppliers query resolution.
• Prepare timely and accurate MIS for management.
• Ensuring all the required documents related to foreign suppliers are collected and validated before making the foreign remittance.
• Accounting of employees travels bills.
• To ensure GST returns are filed on time. To prepare details required for filing annual GST return and reconciliation statement.
• Ensure that all the Tax related litigation cases of business are effectively attended on time.
• Depositing the TDS/TCS before deadlines and also filing the returns on time. Monitoring the defaults and resolving the same on traces.
• Accounting of TDS certificate for all units and follow up for pending TDS receivable from customer.
• Doing Quarterly Advance Tax computation for the business
• To prepare details pertaining to Tax Audit and assist corporate tax team in completion of tax audits.
• Preparing and collating documents to be used during tax assessment proceedings.
• To keep track of new rules /amendments in law. To ensure that the SOP, and other policies are regularly revised and being updated. Identify & suggest improvement in systems & procedures.
