Accenture Recruitment 2021 Eligibility criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is required (12 years) experience in the workplace (if an Associate Degree with 6 years of work experience)
- 7 years of experience in supply chain operations and execution is required.
- Solution Architect experience with Blue Yonder Tools of at least 5 years is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in the retail or consumer products business implementing BY Demand, Demand 360, and BY Fulfillment/Order optimization is required.
- A minimum of three years’ experience leading small to medium-sized teams and projects is required.
Accenture Job Skills Required:
- BY LDE, BY flowcasting solution experience
- Leading technological design for inbound and outbound procedures is a plus.
- Advanced understanding of Blue Yonder planning solutions configuration methodologies and integration with peripheral systems such as ESP is required.
- Knowledge of at least 2-3 major application modules, such as BY Fulfillment, BY Demand Planning, Fulfillment, Inventory Planning / Optimizations, Order Promising, S&OP, and so on.
- Functional integration (ongoing closed loop) to major ERP and planning solutions is a specialty.
- Advanced Knowledge of the SCPO Data Model
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
