ACCENTURE Recruitment 2021 Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or similar education is required (minimum 12 years work experience). If you have an associate’s degree, you must have at least 6 years of work experience.
- Workday HCM Partner Certification (current and up to date)
- 2+ years of consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting company, most recently as a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or comparable level function.
- 2+ years of Workday Data hands-on expertise, as well as 2 full-cycle Workday instals
- 2+ years of data operations expertise in the US and/or globally, including ETL, XML, Jira, and MYSQL/SQL

Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in Reporting/Analytics
- Demonstrated consulting-based leadership experience on specific projects with overall knowledge of information systems
- Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint experience is required.

- On one or more project teams, lead a team of one other Data Conversion consultant.
- Overseeing construction timelines and working with the project management team on tenant management.
- Using Workday’s toolset, plan and execute a full configuration migration throughout the deployment.
- Assist in the conversion of data from old systems and spreadsheets into the Workday Cloud HCM & Financials system.
- Using Workday’s loading tools to convert data into Workday
- Write ETL scripts to transform and load data in advance of loading it into Workday.
- Be in charge of data validation in Workday.
- Assisting clients with mapping legacy data, detecting data quality issues, and overall project responsibility for conversion activities
- In charge of critical communication with project and client leadership.
- When creating Workday project goals, pay close attention to the strategic direction specified by leadership.
