Key Responsibilities: 

• Work with multiple Technology Teams (Business Architecture & Development), Data Architects, Legal, ER, and Policies Teams to plan, develop, revise, and implement improvements relating to Recruitment
• Support the deployment of technology-related releases such as enhancements, end-to-end UAT closure, and release deployment.
• Support recruitment-related compliance processes by raising awareness, holding brown-bag sessions, giving regular updates, and ensuring that it is also cascaded and documented in the Recruitment Process document.
• Interact with the Internal and External Audit Teams to assist them in understanding the process (if needed), providing solutions, and assisting in the closure of the audit and audit observations.
• Compliance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring that any new process, technology, or innovations are compliant with Accenture standards. Act as a guiding light for Recruitment Teams, assisting them in achieving their goals.
