Implement software upgrades/hot fixes, Participation and planning of application disaster recovery exercises and DR test execution, Perform testing when required in the respective Dev/QA/Production regions, Manage and maintain application architecture documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance, Analyze, debug, support, and on occasion modify software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs, Miscellaneous administrative functions as delegated by management, Drive resolution of production incidents through analysis and coordination with multiple teams across multiple businesses.
