- Gazette notification for name change
- Marriage certificate with photograph
- RSBY Card
- SSLC book having candidates photographs
- ST/ SC/ OBC Certificate with photograph
- School Leaving Certificate (SLC)/ School Transfer Certificate (TC), containing name and photograph.
- Extract of School Records issued by Head of School containing name and photograph
- Bank Pass Book having name and photograph
- Certificate of Identity containing name and photo issued by Recognized Educational Institution signed by Head of Institute on UIDAI standard certificate format for enrolment update.
- Certificate of Identity containing Name, DOB and photograph issued by Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) on UIDAI standard certificate format for enrolment/ update.

Following Steps to change address in Aadhar card:
Step1: Log in to your Aadhar account through online at ssup.uidai.gov.in/ssup/
Step2: Click on ‘Proceed To Update Aadhar’
Step3: Enter your 12 digit UID number
Step4: Enter the Captcha code
Step5: Click the ‘send OTP’ option
Step6: Wait for the OTP to reach the registered mobile number
Step7: Enter the OTP received
Step8: Click on ‘Log In’
Step9: Enter the details of your Aadhar Card
Step10: Out of the list of 32 documents ascertaining proof of address and proof of identity, select 1
