Aadhaar Update – Know How Many Times can Change & Payment Details Here!!! Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) issued 12 digit random number as Unique Identity which is called Aadhaar to every residents of India. This Aadhaar card contains the name of an individual, date of birth, address, contact number, photo with bio metric details. So, this card now became an important identification of people. Moreover, UIDAI also allowed the users to change information which is given in their Aadhaar card.
Especially, the users can change their details by some attempt. And now the users of Aadhaar will be allowed only 2 times to change their name through online. Likewise, they can change their date of birth only once. Beyond the limit, it shall be taken as an exceptional case, UIDAI said. In this case, the users have to submit update request at Aadhaar Centre and then approach the concerned Regional Office of UIDAI for approval.

If you want to change the gender in Aadhaar cards, you will be given only one allocation time. If it exceed to two you have to approach the concerned Regional Office of UIDAI for approval. Meanwhile, for this update service you have to pay some fees. The Mandatory Biometric Update will be made free of cost. But, for Demographic Update you will have to pay Rs. 50 Inclusive of GST, for Biometric Update Rs. 100 including GST, for Biometric with Demographic Update Rs.100 and for Aadhaar download and colour print-out on A4 sheet Rs.30 are needed.
