The candidate should either have a master degree or have Bachelor’s Degree in Law from an institution recognized by the Bar Council of India and he/she should be registered as an advocate in the Bar Counsel in terms of the Advocate’s Act, 1961.

The interested required a Minimum 10 years’ of post qualification experience e in handling court cases of any Central or State Government Ministry/Department/PSU/Autonomous Bodies in High Courts/District Courts/Tribunals.
