India to launch 6G service soon – PM Modi informs!!! Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that 6G service will be introduced in India by 2023. He informed that so far the central government is working on the introduction of 6G service and this service will be available within the next 4 months.
Meanwhile, the auction for 5G spectrum was held in India a few weeks ago. In this auction, 5G spectrum has been bid for Rs.1.5 lakh crore. Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke at the Smart India Hackathon 2022 which held recently about the economic growth and benefits that 5G services will bring to the country.

He mentioned that 5G service will contribute to the Indian economy to the extent of 450 billion dollars. It is noteworthy that, till now India’s leading telecom operators Jio and Airtel are in the race to introduce 5G service in India.
