Experience:

• Research Analyst: 10-15 Years’ Experience
• Quality Analyst: 2-3 years minimum Experience
• AVP / Sr. Manager – Retail Back Office Operations – Settlements& DP: 7 years minimum Experience
• Manager – Retail Back Office Operations – Accounts – 5 years minimum Experience

BOB Capital Market Salary:

Job Specific Skills:

Research Analyst:

Applicants should have –

• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Strong client relationships, endorsed by votes from large domestic and foreign institutional investor
• Strong relationship with company managements within the sector of expertise/focus
• Well versed with use of databases such as Bloomberg, CMIE, Reuters, Factset, etc.
• Ability to work independently and also as part of a team

Quality Analyst:

• Considerable multi-tasking, extreme attention to detail required, and pressure to meet deadlines.
• Working collaboratively and cross-departmentally
• Should have understanding in platform UI/UX
• Should have hands-on experience in owning the complete product cycle – having taken multiple products from ideation to launch stage

Research Analyst:

• Tracking key fundamental and industry data for the companies within the assigned sector
• Generate equity research reports such as Initiating Coverage, Sector thematic, Quarterly result updates of companies, Event updates, etc.
• Be part of a well reputed established research team serving domestic and foreign institutional investors, and other relevant investor segments
• Interact with analysts/FMs in domestic and foreign institutional Investors

Quality Analyst:

• Build test cases for various trading platforms implement the same accordingly.
• Should have sound understanding retail broking, broking platforms and trading products c. should be able to implement best practice in testing a software/platform.
• Communicate and liaise with both internal stakeholders as well as vendors to get the issues reported fixed and re-tested.
