Position description:
- Create strategy & roadmap for care and service products for customers in the connected vehicle environment in post purchase journey
- Launch and optimize lifecycle programs that increase engagement with our community base through effective communication and new experiments
- Understand the overall market, conduct user surveys and deep dive into strategy for lifetime value and churn by creating automated surveys and using data to launch data backed experiments
- Drive User Engagement by focusing engaging with current subscriber base, retaining and preventing expiration of subscribers and win-back churned subscriber
- Work with our Business teams, Product, Marketing, Growth and Creative teams to design and launch complex automated campaigns using our internal and external tools
