• Experience in Solution Design and support

Along with the educational qualification, the candidates should have sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, new connections etc.

• Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points

• Skills in Stakeholder Management
