Job Description:

• Experience: 9-12 years
• Experience in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, GUI testing, web service testing, and browser compatibility testing
• Strong Experience in Test Strategy and Test planning
• Stakeholder management
• Experience of working with multiple teams and collaborating across geographically spread multi-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile, other rapid application development methods, and Waterfall SDLC
• Experience in working with HP ALM, MTM, Azure DevOps and testing automation tools
• Understanding of test automation framework using Selenium, UFT or other industry proven testing tool.
• Well versed in implementation of testing best practices such as test data management, end to end testing, business assurance tests etc.
• Demonstrate project management experience; capability to lead teams.
• Demonstrate experience with Word, Excel, Visio, and Microsoft Project.
• Any of the following test certifications – QAI, ASQ, IIST, ISEB, ISTQB – are a plus
• Experience or Knowledge of CLM.
