7 out of 10 Workers to leave the Current Jobs If Work From Home option Ends!!! IT Firm’s Big Decision. According to a global study done by Deloitte, seven out of ten female workers are likely to leave their existing jobs if their employer eliminates the possibility of hybrid working.

At a time when many corporations have requested their staff to return to work, organizations such as Microsoft, Accenture, Deloitte, and others have left it up to individual teams to decide whether they want to work from home or return to the office. The corporations have made this move in order to provide much-needed flexibility to their staff.

Ira Gupta, Microsoft’s HR head, told, “We believe that agreements are most effective when established collectively with participation from everyone on the team.” Individual agreements, team agreements, and business agreements are all dynamic since they are dependent on the specific circumstances of the individuals, the team as a whole, and the business. Managers, according to Gupta, analyse these agreements to see whether any modifications need to be made.

Accenture, on the other hand, allows its employees to choose their own work location from any of the company’s locations.

“When it comes to the future of work, we believe there is no one-size-fits-all solution,” said Lakshmi C, managing director and lead, HR, Accenture India. “Our approach to how, when, and where we work will differ by business, team, and the sort of work our people do.”

Deloitte: Deloitte, a professional services firm, echoed similar sentiments, stating that it believes in flexibility and hybrid working. It has also asked its team leaders and reporting managers to make a decision on physically returning to the office.
