In this situation a private institute conducted a survey to see what employee’s opinion in returning to their offices is. The survey found that employees are more likely to work from home.

In this survey, 62% said that they do not like to go to offices to work. Only 28% of employees showed interested to work at offices. 10% employees were wanted work from home permanently. Employees saying much reason for liking work from home. Majority of the candidates mentioned that WFH helps them to balance work life and personal life.

Experts saying that work from home increases productivity, contribute to environmental pollution control, contribute to mental health, and help prevent employee migration. Some corporate companies also thinking that the WFH module helps them to reduce office management cost. That why some of the employees allows their workers to work from home.
