There is totally 2870 teaching professionals post position in the government medical colleges across the nooks and corners of the state Madhya Pradesh. Among them 850 teaching staff position is vacant now. This information is released based on the record. As per the report in last three years, around 150 teaching faculty of medical colleges in Madhya Pradesh quitted their jobs.

MPTA general secretary Dr Rakesh Malviya report that, “The vacancy is not only due to retirement or non-filling of seats but also because of jobs being left by medical teachers from medical colleges.” Amid this situation, the Madhya Pradesh state government announced to launch new medical colleges in the state. But there is a lack in the appointment of teaching faculty in the already running medical college, in this situation the opening of new colleges will definitely affect the students education who are the future Doctors of the nation.
