On regarding this, more than half of respondents to a related survey expressed the concern about the lack of opportunities to learn technical skills.
That means more than 50% of CEOs likely to learn technical skills. According to a PwC India report on this, more than 30% of Indian employees are likely to move to a new job and 71% say they are overlooked for career advancement. Compared to the global level, 34% of people in India believe that they are more likely to switch to a new employer. Also, 32% say that, they planned to quit their jobs.

And 33% are demanding short working hours. And according to the survey, 81% of employees in India are reported to work in hybrid mode. Chaitali Mukherjee, partner and leader (people and organization), PwC India said that, to control this movement the employee perspective needs to be combined with the employer perspective to accelerate change.
