Delhi Govt Reveal ‘Rozgar budget’ for Rs.75, 800 Crore-20 Lakhs Job Opportunities Planned. Manish Sisodia, the Delhi Deputy Chief Minister revealed the budget for the economic year of 2022-23. The amount reserved for this budget is Rs 75,800 Crore. Mr. Manisah belongs to the Aam AAdmi Party-AAP. This is the 8th economic budget conducted by the Aam AAdmi Party-AAP government which is consecutively done.
The Delhi Deputy CM presented this Budget on Saturday at 26.3.2022. He reports that, the Budget presented by him for 2022-23 is 2 and half times bigger than the budget which is revealed at 2014-15 for the amount of 30, 940. He also said that, this budget will create 20 lakh jobs in the city in the next five years and named this year’s budget as ‘Rozgar (employment) budget’.

At the budget session the Deputy CM said that, “We have a target of expanding the working population in Delhi by creating 20 lakh jobs in the retail sector, food & beverage, logistics, travel and tourism, real estate & green energy”. And also the ‘Delhi Rozgar Portal’ created 1.78 lakh government jobs and over 10 lakh private jobs in the post-Covid period. The state government of Delhi reserved 250 crore for the Shopping festival in the city.
