7th Pay Commission- 17 Percentage DA Hike- Central Employees Protest for Five Days. India’s Union government has a plan to give hiked Dearness allowance for the Central government employees at this fiscal year 2022-2023. As per the revision of the 7th pay commission for this year 2022 July month session, the Union government has an accountability to give a bumper amount to the employees. But didn’t provide that hiked salary to the workforce even at the last week of this month. And also the employees demand for the increased DA of 17 percentages. So employees decided to commit the protest against the Union.
The state Chhattisgarh’s government employees commit the protest against the Union government with the demand of to provide their Dearness Allowance-DA to the percentage of 17. The workforce starts their protest today on 25 July 2022 onwards. For the next five days the employees of the central government of the state Chhattisgarh will continue their protest. 29 July 2022 is the last date of the employees protest as per the announcement of the employee’s representatives.
According to the trustable news agency’s data, Chhattisgarh government employees have been demanding Central Rate Dearness Allowance (DA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA) for a long time. The central employees across the state Chhattisgarh are suffered for the long period due to the lack of this Dearness Allowance. Employees hope that this protest will make the officials to provide them the 17 percentage of the hiked DA.
